What to expect

Working together

 

I offer you a safe and confidential space to explore your concerns when you feel in need of some help and support. Working with me provides you the opportunity to talk, to express your thoughts and feelings and gain a greater understanding of what you are experiencing, perhaps to strengthen your ability to cope at a time when that might feel out of reach.

The nature of the therapeutic relationship is built upon trust, honesty and sharing from the heart, and what you talk about in sessions is confidential.

Free introductory sesssion

 

I offer a free initial consultation session, usually 30 minutes. We will then book in scheduled weekly 50 minute sessions, ideally for a minimum of six weeks. We will agree a mutually convenient day and time for the sessions and agree a contract of work with your goals in mind. We can work together in person, online or over the telephone, whichever is most convenient for you.

Review

 

We will review our work together after six sessions to see how we feel and move forward towards your goals.
