About Me

I am here to listen and gently help you on a path to healing.

It is so important to feel seen and heard and I can be that person for you. My clients have said that they are able to say things to me that they’ve never been able to say out loud before, and they leave sessions feeling like a weight has been removed from their mind.

I am a fully qualified Humanistic (Person-centred) Integrative Therapist, a registered Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and work in accordance with their Ethical Framework (2018) and as such I attend regular supervision and training.

My garden therapy room is peaceful and private, a safe and supportive space for us to explore your feelings and help you make positive changes. I also offer online or telephone sessions if that works better for you.

“Lorna is a great listener and the rapport we have built during this time has enabled me to focus on my grief and face head-on the myriad of emotions I have felt. Her calm, non-judgemental approach has allowed me to completely open up, enabling me to reflect honestly upon my profound loss.”
